# INFNOVA Training

> Beginner-friendly, cohort-based technology training in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, run by INFNOVA Technologies. Every track ends with a portfolio project students can show, plus a certificate of completion. The next cohort starts in mid-October 2026, and the waitlist is open.

INFNOVA Training is the education program of INFNOVA Technologies (https://infnova.tech), a technology training and software company based in Addis Ababa. The program runs in collaboration with Addis Ababa University, Creative Hub Ethiopia and iceaddis, and INFNOVA has taught more than 1,000 students across Ethiopia and internationally. The first cohort ran as the INFNOVA Summer Tech Boot Camp in 2026.

Who it is for: school and university students, working professionals, and anyone starting out in tech. No prior programming experience is required.

## Tracks (next cohort: mid-October 2026)

- **Web Development**: HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals, then interactive interfaces with React, Git & GitHub, and deploying a live web app.
- **Data Science & AI Using Python**: Python programming, data cleaning, analysis and visualization with Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib, and simple machine learning models.
- **Embedded Systems, Robotics & Arduino**: Arduino, circuits, LEDs, sensors and physical computing, ending in an Arduino-powered device or robotics project.
- **AI-Powered Productivity: Smart Work for Modern Professionals**: practical use of AI tools to work smarter in everyday professional tasks.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: the everyday computer skills needed to get comfortable with technology.
